Seth is an associate at Saunders & Silverstein LLP, where he counsels clients on a broad range of trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement issues. He has extensive experience in the clearance, management, and enforcement of global trademark portfolios, and has represented clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of United States Patent and Trademark Office in a number of opposition and cancellation proceedings.
Seth joined the firm in 2016 upon graduating magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where his passion for intellectual property law was sparked while working in the university’s Intellectual Property & Transaction Clinic. Seth is a native of Vermont, speaks both English and German fluently, and holds dual nationality with the United Kingdom.
