Enforcing trademark rights often involves taking action to oppose registration of similar marks by third parties or seeking to cancel existing third-party trademark registrations. We have extensive experience prosecuting and defending opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
