Kaitlyn Garvin (Kaitie) combines a background in art history with extensive experience in intellectual property law, offering insightful counsel on trademark, copyright, and transactional matters to a wide array of clients. Her trademark practice, in particular, spans the full spectrum of registration and enforcement issues, from comprehensive clearance and prosecution strategies to enforcement matters both within the U.S. and abroad.

Kaitie’s clients range from local businesses and startups to globally recognized brands across many different industries, including retail, health and wellness, and higher education. Known for her carefully-tailored, client-focused approach, Kaitie provides strategic advice on matters including:
