Becky is an associate at Saunders & Silverstein, where she focuses on the prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights, including Oppositions and Cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and trademark and copyright litigation. She received her B.A. in English literature from Northwestern University in 2003, and her Master of Professional Studies in Publishing from The George Washington University in 2008.
In 2013, Becky received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. While attending law school, Becky was a judicial intern for Judge Aida Delgado Colón in the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. She also served as the managing editor for IDEA, UNH Law’s intellectual property law review. Before attending law school, Becky was an editor for six years, editing both scholarly and children’s books.
